I traded the 4Ps of Marketing for the 4Ps of Experience Design: People, Places, Props, and Processes. While the disciplines overlap, the biggest shift for me has been moving from storytelling to designing lived experiences.

Distilling information alone isn’t enough to drive behavior change, whether for consumers or citizens. To make a real difference, product experiences must be immersive, participatory, and emotionally resonant. That’s why I work with brands and agencies to design interactions that empower people to make choices that bring wellness and delight into their lives.

Above all, I aim to collaborate with teams who see design as a catalyst for transformation. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and creativity, working with those eager to experiment, push boundaries, and craft experiences that inspire action.
